Lorisa Lewis has had an established private practice in Winter Park, Florida since 1989. Having been a horsewomen for more than half of her life, merging horses with therapy has been a natural fit for her. Licenced as a Mental Health Counselor since 1987, she is also trained and nationally certified as an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist (EAP) and Equine Assisted Learning Practioner (EAL) by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association, Inc. (EAGALA). In addition to her office based clinical practice, Lorisa offers equine assisted services to individuals, couples and families as well as corporate team building workshops and retreats through her equine practice, Vertical Limit.
